Data protection
Data transmitted through golikesilk.com is protected via TLS/HTTPS. The server and webspace for golikesilk.com are provided and managed by Keyweb AG. The only server location is Germany.
We only receive your personal data that you send to us via the online forms on golikesilk.com (such as your e-mail address in the contact form). You do not need to provide this data to us. We use it only in connection to deal with your request (for example to answer your questions by replying to your e-mail address or to create a participant list based on the registrations for an event). We do not pass it on to any third parties.
Cookies
Our website uses only technically necessary cookies, e.g. for selecting the language in which to display the site. These cookies are assigned to the domain golikesilk.com and can be fully deleted in the usual ways (e.g. by clearing the browser cache). We do not use any tracking cookies.
Website tracking
When you visit our site, we store the website from which you visited us from, the parts of our site that you visit, the date and duration of your visit, your anonymised IP address, information from the device (device type, operating system, screen resolution, language settings, country you are located in and web-browser type) you use during your visit etc. We process this usage data in Matomo Analytics – an open-source analytics tool that is respectful of user data, ownership and privacy – for statistical purposes and to improve our website.

Our website tracking (anonymously with Matomo as described above) respects your browser’s ‘do not track’ setting. Additionally and if you haven’t already, you can explicitly opt out of being tracked. To do this, please uncheck the checkbox below.
